The Community Center walls should be completely insulated today. Then they will work on the ceiling so the sub-contractor can come and blow in ceiling insulation. When they no longer need to use the mechanical lift inside the building to complete the ceiling work, then they will seal up the front of the building and move on to the cold storage.
